Our ADVENTURE TOURS operate daily in most weather conditions
A reasonable level of fitness is required, as some conditions can be physically demanding
Please consider your suitability to your chosen tour
Bring along a towel and sunscreen
No drugs or alcohol
A dry bag will be provided for your towel, phone/camera
Thorough safety briefing and demonstrations provided by qualified tour guides
Fully supervised at all times by our guide
Weight restrictions apply, maximum of 2 people per jetski or 200kg per jetski
If under 18 years of age, an indemnity form must be signed by parent or guardian prior to tour
As a wind guide: 10 knots – smooth, dry ride, 15 knots – partly smooth some choppy small waves, 20 knots plus – choppy water spray and large waves. Management reserve the right to change itinerary or times in extreme
A link to your photos is provided at the end of each tour and will be free to access for 8 weeks after date of departure
Cancellations by a customer:
00Seven Jet Ski Adventures have a cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to departure date.
Within 24 hours – no refund and reschedule not permitted
48 hrs - 24 hrs – 50% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted
72 hrs – 48 hrs – 25% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted
72 hrs or over – 5% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted
Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability. All group bookings require a 7-day notice prior to departure for cancellation.
Cancellation by 00Seven Jet Ski or booking agent:
Should it be necessary for 00Seven Jet Ski to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be made to the customer if rescheduling is not possible.
Failure to turn up to your tour on time or not at all will result in you losing your booking in full and no rescheduling will be available without full payment of new booking.
